Hi, looking for tips from anyone. I am trying to set up an attractive commission structure so that if someone refers a company to my business advisory practice, they earn X% of fees paid by the company. The problem, what is the right X? If you have any ideas of what is a sufficient level to attract interest and generate success with referrals, would love to know. THANKS!
