Susan RisdalEvent HostThe presenter was excellent. He gave exactly enough information so that someone who is uninformed in this business can have the knowledge you need to make an informed decision. The fact that he knows this business inside and out is refreshing. I have personally dealt with VoIP companies who destroy business with bad service, and researched many more using the same criteria that BNC Voice explained last night. It was refreshing to listen to someone so passionate about delivering good, competent products.

Jordan RosenbergIf someone is giving information on an industry they should not self-advertise
. And while talking down most of the other players in the industry doesn't exactly qualify as self-advertising it is pretty close. I felt that the speaker was a little too into himself.
Moreover, I went to this from a different perspective than most, in that i am interested in the technology as a business, i.e. using VOIP on a click to call website, as opposed to using VOIP for my business.
