Oct. 2 Update: We have confirmed all 6 vendors at this moment. No Vendor spots left.
Announcing our 2nd Mad46 rooftop business reception this coming October. Get ready to enjoy the beautiful rooftop scenery while meeting new contacts. We plan to feature 6 vendors this time. Please send me an email if you are interested (More details are offered in the following.... Read on...) Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. What do we do on the rooftop?
Networking and meeting new people. Bring enough business cards and make sure you leave with at least 20-30 business cards in hands.
2. Who should attend?
All NYEBN members on the RSVP list are offered free admissions. Please bring your ID (Must be 21 or older). If you are not on the RSVP list, it's $10/each. When you RSVP, you are welcome to bring your friends.
3. How to find us?
We will set up tables at the entry of Roosevelt Hotel with our group sign. You need to sign in, get your names tags, and then the hotel staff will take you to the rooftop.
4. What to do if you want to become our vendor?
We will feature 6 vendors at this event. Basically, we will set up 6 tables in the indoor areas on the Mad46 rooftop on Oct. 26. You can bring your product samples, brochures, or other promotional materials which you deem useful. As a vendor, you are entitled to extra exposure on our website too. If interested, please email me to get a rate quote. Your application will be reviewed in the order received until we are finished with all the available vendor spots.
5. What drink specials do NYEBN members get?
$5 beers and $8 cocktails available exclusively for our group. Look for the special menus printed with our group logos. We should have plenty.
6. What if it rains?
We will reserve the indoor space so we can move to the Mad46's indoor lounge if it rains.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Sue Risdal, Katie Moran, Brian Zen, and James Duignam for putting this event together with me. It was well done! I want to thank our vendors for supporting the event. Most importantly, I appreciate all the attendees contributing and making this one a smashing success again! “ The networking events organized by Andrew Wong keep getting better and better. I made many very interesting and lucrative contacts. The place was elegant, the service was spectacular, the business owners were mixed, bright and stimulating. It was an evening well worth the time and I am glad I attended. ”
“ It was my first Business Reception and it was very good, well attended, and I met lots of great people, great energy, and left with lots of contacts and the vendors were also an added bonus. Many I spoke with contacted me the next day and I am planning to meet with one of the attendees to get to know each other better and the work that we do. ”
“ It was nice to meet everyone, to interact face-to -face :) Hope you all enjoyed my products. Andrew did a great job facilitating, and making the group feel welcome. ”
“ I was able to connect with more great business owners and enjoyed seeing familiar faces. As always it's a great diverse group of people from all backgrounds and experience. My guests are also pleased with the connections they have made as well. ”
“ I thought it was good, it would have been helpful if the name tags had name of business or type of business. Although I only was able to stay a short while I did make a few contacts. Thanks. ”
