Based on the popular New York University course ("Goal Imagery: The Shortest Distance Between You and Your Goals") created and taught by Marianna Lead, PhD, this special New Year's Resolution Workshop combines conscious and subconscious techniques that will help you create congruence between your innermost wishes and your conscious goals. It will help you create resolutions for the New Year that will continually motivate you, energize you and help you focus on what you really want to achieve this year. This workshop will feature a special New Year's Goal Imagery session that will include goal-setting coaching techniques as well as proven methods for applying the power of self-hypnosis.
