Welcome to 2010 along with NYEBN. With all your support, our network will grow even stronger and have more capacity to offer quality events for everyone on a frequent basis. Today is January 1st. Please allow me to reveal our affiliate program. As I write this letter, I try to break the content down with an itemized list so it's easy for you to follow through. 1. Goal of the Program

As we are experiencing this depressed economy, I feel the urge to build something that units everyone together. We are moving towards this goal closer and closer, and 2010 is the time to give it a push.


2. Benefits for Our Members

As the pie grows, all of us will be able to benefit in the following ways:

~ Network with a bigger pool of business professionals and build relationships with them;

~ Gain more exposure in the local market for your own business;

~ More opportunities to learn in a diversified entrepreneurial environment;

~ More ability to attract highly qualified sponsors and partners to offer incentives for our group members and back up NYEBN so it continually provides free networking opportunities;

~ etc...

As you may see, this list can be extended indefinitely depending on your specific business models and different goals you set up for 2010. No matter what you do, NYEBN is here to support and help you.


3. Format of The Contest

In 2010, NYEBN will start to reward its members for helping us grow the group. This is NYEBN's Affiliate Program. Every month, we will reward NYEBNers financially or materially, depending on how many people you've referred to the group. Our January prizes include the following:

~ Diamond Package: 2 Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate DVDs (Value: $219.99 Each)

~ Ruby Package: Gift Cards from Tribal Couture (Luxury Jewelry Company) (Value: 1 $100 Gift Card & 5 $50 Gift Cards)

~ Gold Package: 5 High-end Neck Tie Pieces from D. Buchanan Collection, Each Worth $40

All added up, the overall prize package is worth $1,000 for January's program.


4. Requirements for You

The January affiliate program lasts for 30 days. It ends at the midnight of Jan. 31st. We will then enter your referrals on the final scorecard and announce the winners at the beginning of February. To qualify for the program, you must refer no less than 10 people to the group over the specified period. When your referral joins the group, they would need to answer the following questions (See the graph below)



Please make your Meetup ID and your full name available for your referrals so they have required information.

How to find your Meetup ID - Log into the group and click on your own profile. Look for the URL bar and you will see something like this: http://www.ny-entrepr.... Record the number 7019454 and that's your unique Meetup ID.


5. How Do We Reward The Winners?

All winners will receive their prizes at the first networking event of February, in front of hundreds of event attendees. Winners will have a chance to mention their businesses briefly at that event. Ideally, our goal is to generate 13 winners for the January contest.


To sum it up, 2010 is your year. Take advantage of every opportunity this group has to offer. Do not leave anything to chance. If you are confident and take action to achieve your goal, it's almost inevitable that you will succeed sooner or later.
